Description: The Client Service Representative is an integral part of the firm's back office/operations team. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the securities industry, broad product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and operations experience

Develop relationships and serve as point of contact for assigned clients
Reconcile and balance trade transactions, cash and positions.
Provide reports and account-performance information to clients
Provide exceptional client service and manage all hedge-fund client requests
Prepare net asset value monthly package
Assist in marketing and sales
Corporate accounting
Flexible to take on other administrative assignments.

Requirement: Detailed understanding of and experience in various domestic and foreign financial products, including equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives, and related products including FX futures, and currency transactions, all in a global/multicurrency environment.

Strong knowledge of hedge-fund accounting
Advanced user of Advent/Axys and Bloomberg software systems preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Excellent client communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment is required.
Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly.
Must be highly detailed-oriented and organized
